These are 213x240 at 96 dpi which should work on most phones.

Drag and drop or right-click and save to get the image onto your system, but how you get them onto your phone depends entirely on your system and your phone. For myself I bluetoothed my Samsung Hue to my Mac then just dragged and dropped them and told the phone to use them as wallpaper.
